Reservations
- Rentals are by the week (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer season
- Off-season rates and weekend rates are available
- If you cancel, your deposit will be returned provided your unit is rebooked
Payment
- 50% deposit required for reservations made 45 days in advance
- A confirmation letter will be sent to you once your deposit has been received
- Balance due upon arrival
Arrival and Departure
- Check-in: 3 pm - 8 pm. We cannot accommodate earlier check-ins
- Check-out: 10am. Housekeeping begins at 10:15 am
- No refunds for early departure or occupancy changes
- If you decide to spend your last day on the beach, you are welcome to use the outdoor shower at 3 Granite Street-- on-street-parking on East Grand Avenue only
